In some ways I used to enjoy year-end stuff, since it meant I could do things on my own like statistics and planning. <br />When I was a personnel assistant we had a large card for each employee, and I had to take four boxes of them home during the Christmas period to count everyone in all the various heads: gender; grade; performance; trained/not trained, length of service and all sorts.
