I love photographs - they can defy time. Our priceless moments are captured in them, and they stay with us as long as one can keep them.
Over time, everything changes : the way we look, people around us, locations, etc. But once captured, maybe photographs hold those moments that remind us of our past, experiences, family and friends.
The art of photography has evolved a long way, and now photo sharing and backup is much easier. I am of course, not the correct person to discuss this evolution.
Since my theme for the A-Z challenge is about things that define me, here are two priceless photographs which date back about 30 years!

I'm so terrible about taking photographs. I forget to do it. I enjoy looking at the photos I have taken in the past or looking at photos that others have.

Oh yes I can recognise you...I love looking at old photos, thanks for sharing. :)

I'm no photographer, for sure! I'm spending the morning transferring photos from my Carbonite account to my laptop. I was just noticing how the # of photos I have each year has dropped this year and last...and I realized everything's on Instagram and Facebook. That was when I wondered if we really need to have a copy of every photo...I guess Facebook could disappear one day and take our photos with us, but it's doubtful all those social media sites will at once... Maybe moving forward, our photos will all be on our social media sites.
I love photographs too. I love taking them and looking at them. :)
So adorable. Is it holi in the second one? Maybe it's pic, but looks like you both are covered in color.
PHOTOS are fantastic... I had actually invited a photographer for P but she was not willing... I loved your post, keep preserving memories in great pictures #AtoZchallenge ☮Peace ☮ ღ ONE ℒℴνℯ ღ ☼ Light ☼ visiting from http://4covert2overt.blogspot.com/

Black and whites are precious. In fact as you mentioned pics capture situations at a point of time and they never change. Good to have them. I think I can recognise you in both! Nicely Anupama!
